In order to meet the requirements of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999, I am writing this letter to make certain you are aware of the privacy policy of my firm.

It is my policy to handle the information you provide with the utmost confidentiality and care. I restrict access to nonpublic personal information to members of my firm who need to know this information in order to complete the work you have hired my firm to do.

I will not disclose your personal and confidential information to anyone outside of my firm without your expressed written permission to do so. I maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
